Booking & Logistics FAQ
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
Once you've checked our availability and received your quote, we'll send a booking form to capture all your day's details. Once completed and the deposit is received, your date is fully secured in our calendar.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a standard booking deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. This ensures we are exclusively yours for the day. The remaining balance is typically settled four weeks before the big day.
WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL COSTS?
Travel within Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, and Fermanagh is covered within the packages, for venues further afield, a small travel fee may apply to cover logistics.
HOW MUCH SETUP TIME DO YOU NEED?
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before our scheduled start time. This allows us to load in, set up our professional sound equipment, and perform a sound check to ensure everything is perfect for your guests.
